Step into the rhythm and spirit of Carnival. This immersive masterclass is more than a lesson, it’s a celebration of Caribbean culture, creativity, and flavor.

Guests will create a Carnival mask and explore its cultural significance as Chef Natasha demonstrates two Trinidadian classics, Trinidad Corn Soup and Geera Cumin Chicken, complemented by a Queen’s Park Swizzle crafted with rum, fresh lime, mint, sugar, and bitters.
