The Renaissance Rum Club is Rumhouse’s cultural home for rum — a place where history, craftsmanship, and flavor come together in a living celebration of Caribbean spirits. Created for curious drinkers and connoisseurs alike, the Club invites you to explore rum not just as a drink, but as an art form through guided tastings, educational masterclasses, and private dining experiences.

Member Experiences & Benefits
Fourth Thursday of each month | 7–9 PM
Led by Bar Manager Alan Denniberg — “Doctor of Rum” — each Masterclass is a true education in the spirit of rum. Evenings combine Caribbean rum history, production methods, and tasting technique with guided rum flights and three chef-selected small plates designed to complement each pour.

Quarterly Members-Only Rum Dinners
Held the third Thursday of March, June, September, and December, these multi-course dinners feature complimentary rum cocktail pairings designed to complement each course. $120 per dinner (priced separately).
