We want your visit at Rumhouse to be as smooth as possible, and that includes finding a convenient place to park. Here are your options:

STREET PARKING
You’ll often find street parking available on 6th Street and Chesapeake Ave. Keep an eye out for open spaces!

THE KINNEY CLINIC
We have made a special arrangement with The Kinney Clinic to allow our guests to access their parking lot. The parking lot is located directly across 6th Street from the Rumhouse entrance. This is a great option for easy access.

LIMITED ON-SITE PARKING
We have a limited number of onsite parking directly behind Rumhouse (3 spaces, plus 1 handicap space, with an adjoined wheelchair accessible ramp and entrance). This parking lot is accessible from Howard Dignen Alley. Please note, these spaces fill up quickly, so they are best for early arrivals and those needing accessible parking.​
