Led by Bar Manager Alan Denniberg — “Doctor of Rum” — each Masterclass is a true education in the spirit of rum. Evenings combine Caribbean rum history, production methods, and tasting technique with guided rum flights and three chef-selected small plates designed to complement each pour.

Quarterly Members-Only Rum Dinners
Held the third Thursday of March, June, September, and December, these multi-course dinners feature complimentary rum cocktail pairings designed to complement each course. $120 per dinner (priced separately).

For New Year’s Eve, we will offer a special four-course prix fixe menu featuring seasonal Caribbean favorites, plus holiday cocktails to toast the evening.

The warmth and joy of the holiday season have officially reached Annapolis, and we're thrilled to hang out lights and join the festivities. And really, what better way to celebrate than with a little rum?
We'd love for you to swing by this December for our Late Night Rum Social, happening alongside Downtown Annapolis' beautiful lineup of holiday events. On the first three Midnight Madness Thursdays of the month, plus Parade of Lights Saturday, we'll be keeping the bar open for a magical bonus bour and serving until 10:00pm.
We'll be pouring a cozy lineup of hot libations to warm your chilly bones, and just like our friends across the Eastport Bridge, we'll be set up outside, bringing the rum even closer to you.
